As i'm sure you are aware, social media is constantly evolving, so what's new on the agenda this week? 

Facebook will soon be opening up the instant articles feature to all publishers across the world, improving on article load time and increasing in-app activity. 

Facebook have also rolled out a new design on their video metrics- with average % of users completing video viewings from start to finish, along with "10 second views".

Twitter on the other hand are improving their customer service options with a new function, directing people to send their responses to direct message rather than continue tweeting. Which of course allows for more characters and a more detailed feedback experience.
