"Fine thanks, you?" shouldn't be the answer to the question "How are you feeling today?" at work - unless you really don't have anything going on that day! A team that has the ability to discuss what's going on for them, is a team that can support and help each other through what life throws at it. It leads to employees with healthy minds, with much less risk of stressing out and becoming ill. I'm thankful Prince Harry's spoken out about it today, especially towards men who can often find talking about feelings more difficult.
