Tess Henderson

Marketing Executive at Conscious

Bristol, United Kingdom

About Me

I am a dedicated, confident and well-equipped Marketer with the ability to create quality content, tackle social media trends and really hone-in on customer personas.

I am an English Literature and Drama graduate from the University of the West of England. In July 2015, I achieved a high 2:1. During my degree, I not only wrote in a variety of styles, utilised technology to create a book trailer, delivered presentations, deeply researched and performed solo and collaborative performances, but I also participated in two society committees. In my second year I was the President of English Society and in my third year I was the Participants Officer of Drama Society. Thus, I am more than capable of organising my workload and managing my time, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with my course friends and fellow committee members.

From my degree I began a marketing internship at a Law Firm in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol and later became a full-time employee at the firm and developed excellent marketing skills in blogging, social media, e-mail, website management, client databases and the ability to use various programmes such as Hubspot and Leadpages. I have an Inbound Marketing Certification in Hubspot and a certification in Marketing Data Analysis using SQL.

I currently work at Conscious Solutions in Bristol as a Marketing Executive. I am responsible for Conscious' social media, email marketing, content creation, client databases and events management.

I write a theatre-based blog in my spare time. I have attached the link below.

One of my blog reviews of Wendy and Peter Pan was published on the RSC KEY Blog website, which you can find here: http://thersckey.blogspot.co.uk/

My review of an event 'Writers and Natural World' at Bristol Festival Ideas can also be found on the Festival of Ideas blog here: http://www.ideasfestival.co.uk/blog/festival-of-ideas/writers-natural-world/

Thank you.
